Order by noon CST and your order goes out that day. Transit time is usually 2 to 4 days.
If an items is DOA, dead on arrival, please call us at the number in the footer of the page for a replacement.
Also, please see the terms and conditions page for details and items that are non-returnable.
Your shipping address can be changed on the ‘My Account’ page in the menu item ‘Addresses’. You can also change it during your order, but to save time during checkout it is best to change it from your accounts page.
A seperate email will come from our carrier with tracking information. If you lose that email call us and we can send it to you.
You can call us M-F 10am to 5pm CST or use the contact page
Call us. If your items has not shipped we can change it. However, you’ll also have to change it on your account page.
Currently we only ship to the U.S.. However, we can ship to overseas military. Just call your order in.
In most cases your order will arrive in a single package.
