Customer satisfaction is important to us. Our excellent customer care team is on duty, M-F from 11 am to 6 pm, to handle your problems.

If an item is dead on arrival, damaged, or defective, please call us immediately for a solution at:  Ph: 850-461-2324. 

Due to health regulations, we can not accept returns on edible items and other consumables.

Batteries are not eligible for return.

Sometimes gummies melt in the hot delivery trucks. Melted gummies are not eligible for a return or replacement.

NOTE: Melted gummies are still good. Cut them into gummy-size pieces and enjoy.
