Trump Administration’s Ban on Flavored E Juice Petition
The Trump administration wants an FDA Ban on Flavored E Juice. They seek a ban on e-juice flavors to stop kids from vaping. But what about adults? We feel adults have every right to buy flavored e-liquids.
We do everything possible to prevent children from accessing our products. For that reason, we feel it is also important for parents’ to prevent their underage children from vaping.
We ask that you sign the White House petition to ‘Stop Donald Trump from signing the federal flavor ban of e-cig products.’
The following states are moving legislation through now or have already banned flavored e-liquids:
At the time of this press release the following states have banned vape flavors:
New York ban on flavored e juice
Michigan ban on flavored e juice
Illinois ban on flavored e juice
California plans ban on flavored e juice

Why An FDA Ban on Flavored E Juice Now After All This Time?
Some of you may already know that the deaths from vaping were caused by bootleg e-cig cartridges with THC. And that many of the THC-products contained significant amounts of vitamin E acetate, which is an oil potentially being used as a thickening agent for vaping liquid without affecting the flavor or odor.
Many of the illnesses have been linked to cannabis-related products, specifically THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, a chemical in marijuana known for its psychoactive effects. So the FDA is urging people to avoid using THC-containing products specifically.
